All prices quoted include VAT (unless otherwise stated) and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation.

5. Payment and Late Fees

A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quotation.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of works.

Late payments may incur a 2% daily interest charge on any outstanding amount.

6. Cancellations and Variations

Cancellations must be made in writing (email, text, or WhatsApp accepted).
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has been scheduled.
Any changes or variations to agreed works must be confirmed in writing and may affect price or completion time.

7. Warranty

All installations by Bellusci Windows are covered by a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or unauthorised alterations.
Routine maintenance (e.g. cleaning, lubrication, gutter clearance) remains the customer’s responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellusci Windows shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from the use of this website or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
